David Klepeisz, CFP®, EA

Wealth Advisor

David was born and raised in historic Yorktown Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech where he studied financial planning through a CFP® board registered program. David has also earned the professional certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

In addition, he has earned the professional certification of Enrolled Agent (EA).  EA holders are licensed by the U.S. Treasury and are the only federally licensed tax professionals with full authority to represent tax payers at all levels of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

David has been working for Wealth Management Group, Inc. since 2015 and brings a variety of work experience from different financial planning institutions.

David is a member of the Alliance of Comprehenstive Planners (ACP) a group of fee-only financial advisors serving middle-income clients, and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). Other professional affiliations include NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents) as an associate member.

Outside of the office, David is happily married to his wife, Hannah, a local of Winston-Salem. Together the couple have a golden retriever puppy named Rye. In his spare time David enjoys eating out, golfing, spending time with family and friends, reading and most importantly rooting on the Hokies in every sport.

Nathan Snow

Financial Para-Planner

Nathan was born and raised in Yadkinville, NC. He graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA with a B.S. in Religion and M.A. in Philosophy. Shortly after graduating, he spent time teaching at Liberty University.

He decided on a career change in 2015 into the financial services industry. Nathan completed the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation through the College for Financial Planning in 2016 and is currently working toward becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.  

Nathan and his wife, Kayla, have two children, Lily and Bennett and reside in Yadkinville. Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family on their small family farm, reading, playing golf, and is passionate about all things Duke basketball.

Dawn Motsinger

Client Service Manager

Dawn Motsinger, a Triad native, has been with Wealth Management Group, Inc. since 2008. She received her degree in Finance and Insurance from Appalachian State University.

Prior to joining WMG, Inc., she worked as a third party pension plan administrator for several local companies. While her children were young, Dawn was fortunate to work from her home with a company that specialized in designing employee benefit websites.

Dawn currently serves as the Client Service Manager for Wealth Management Group. Her primary role is behind the scenes and her goal is to serve our clients and make sure client meetings run smoothly for Barry and David.

Dawn and her husband, Chris have a son and 2 daughters and live in Winston-Salem with their Instagram famous dog, Deacon.

Lisa Vance

Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Lisa grew up in the Panhandle of Texas before moving to Winston Salem. While living in Amarillo, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Amarillo College. After working for several years, she returned to college to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice specializing in Human Services at Wayland Baptist University.

While living in Amarillo, Lisa held several management jobs in various industries mainly in the field of Credit. Prior to leaving Amarillo, Lisa worked for three years at AIG/VALIC as a Team Lead in Account Adjustments and later as a Business Analyst.

Lisa joined Wealth Management Group, Inc. in 2013. Currently, she works as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. She utilizes her skills and knowledge in all areas of the business to ensure growth and satisfaction of our clients.

Lisa is happily married to Juan and they have one son, Laramie, who is active duty in the United States Army. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, enjoying a good book and watching college and pro football and basketball.
